Vegan Breakfast Ideas // #LauraGoesVegan


I’m so not a morning person and normally I skip breakfast altogether, but ever since I started to workout more I was craving a little something in the morning. Something healthy, vegan, light and easy and quick to make. Here are four of my favorite Vegan Breakfast Ideas. Comment down below which one is your favorite.

Fruit Bowl


This is by far my favorite breakfast idea. It’s so simple but so tasty. I mixed some soy yogurt, raspberries, blueberries and oats.

It’s a healthy and light breakfast, perfect for pre-workout.



I love avocados in every shape or form, so I had to include them in my Vegan Breakfast Ideas.

I used some protein bread, but you can totally use normal bread and topped it with some avocado a little bit of salt and pepper.

Vegan Pancake

pancakes-2Who doesn’t like fluffy pancakes for breakfast? These pancakes are made in no time and you don’t need a lot of ingredients.


  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder 
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil


Combine your dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the almond milk and the vegetable oil and mix until smooth.bake your pancakes in a pan on medium heat.

Add you favorite fruits and a bit of maple sirup…enjoy.



Last but not least, Oatmeal.

Super easy, super quick and super versatile. you can eat it plain or with a variety of fruit. I’m currently loving my apple, cinnamon oatmeal with a bit of maple sirup.

  1. Loved this blog post! I never used to eat breakfast – well, I say never, I mean, I did eat breakfast but hardly ever, only if there was something really exciting in the house to eat. But if there wasn’t I was more than happy to go without, however, I always ended up with a headache throughout the day and now I have a fruit bowl every single moring for breakfast, not only is it really healthy but it also just makes me feel healthy and positive! I’m definitely going to try your vegan pancake recipe at some point – how many pancakes does it make AND does it have to be almond milk?

    1. oh sorry totally forgot to include that in my post. You will get around 6 pancakes and no it doesn’t have to be almond milk, you can use the milk you prefer. I can totally relate to what you said about having headaches! I’ve been experiencing the same. ♡

      1. That’s okay! I just wanted to know how much to expect! Cool, I will definitely be trying them at some point then! Yes, the headaches are insanely annoying but if you eat every morning and stay hydrated they should go away. Xx
